Please note that the Temple of the Way of Light does not profit from these integration sessions; all payments go directly to the facilitator you schedule with. All facilitators determine their own rates.
Juliana Bizare - Integration Specialist

Juliana began her path with sacred plant medicine in the late 1990s through a transformative ayahuasca experience in the Santo Daime tradition in Brazil. This awakening sparked a lifelong dedication to the healing intelligence of the plants. Over the past two decades, she has studied extensively, combining indigenous wisdom with modern healing practices.
Her deep connection to the plants has been shaped through traditional dietas in the Shipibo lineage, learning directly from Maestras Ynes, Laura, and Maestro José of the Lopez Sanchez family. Juliana honors these teachings while bridging them with contemporary tools like Yoga, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches.
With over 20 years of experience, Juliana supports individuals in preparing for and integrating their plant medicine experiences. She holds a degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the University of Light in Brazil and has trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, Somatic Experiencing with Dr. Peter Levine, and is currently studying the Hakomi method.
For the past nine years, she has served as a Retreat and Integration Facilitator at the Temple, guiding hundreds through their healing journeys. Her work is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in helping others feel safe, grounded, and connected to their inner wisdom.

PÚblio Valle - Integration Specialist

Públio was born in Brazil and has dedicated his life to meditation, yoga, and ayahuasca for over 15 years. He earned a degree in Yoga Therapy at Swami Vivekananda University in Bangalore, India, where he also worked at a Yoga Hospital. He trained in meditation in several traditions while in India, completed an Indian Psychology Course in Pondicherry, and studied meditation at Pa Auk Monastery in Burma. He worked as a volunteer for two years at the Alice Project School, an institution that teaches dharma and meditation inspired by Tibetan wisdom to children.
Since his first encounter with ayahuasca in Peru with the Shipibo in 2004, he has also worked with the medicine with different traditional groups in Brazil, including Santo Daime. He has been working at the Temple since 2014 as a facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, Integration Therapist, and more recently, as General Manager, and is currently training in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté. Having experienced the deep and rich processes that ayahuasca ignites within, Públio has a sincere commitment to share the teachings of the jungle and of ancient traditions, and to promote health and well-being in all dimensions of human life.

Zuzana Valesova - Integration Specialist

Zuzana originally trained in massage and cranio-sacral therapy in her home country, the Czech Republic. Deeply fascinated by the healing properties of plant medicine and the wisdom of ancestral knowledge she decided to move permanently to Peru in 2014. Her main focus was her own personal healing which later led her into the study of plant medicine practices. She completed an apprenticeship with the medicine of tobacco and now continues to learn through carrying our dietas (sama) with the Shipibo. She fundamentally believes the potential for learning and growth is endless, and is deeply committed to developing her relationship with the plant spirits of the Amazon.
Since 2016 she has been providing support and direction for people attending ayahuasca retreats. She has completed a year-long training program in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, continues to train in Hakomi somatic therapy and other somatic oriented approaches.
It's truly an honor for her to witness and support guests’ process before, during and after ayahuasca retreats. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection she offers a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for exploration and self-discovery.
Plant medicine integration involves assimilating and making sense of the insights, emotions and experiences that arise during and after a plant medicine journey. It encompasses integrating the lessons learned and applying them to daily life, fostering personal growth, and maximizing the long-term benefits of the experience.

Allen Banick - Integration Specialist

Allen views life as a continuous school, where every challenge is a perfectly orchestrated opportunity to evolve and deepen one's connection to Truth.
His journey with the Temple began when he arrived as a guest seeking healing for chronic depression rooted in childhood trauma. Recognizing the profound depth of the Shipibo tradition, Allen committed his life to this path of service. Following a long period of intensive healing and master plant dietas, he joined the Temple of the Way of Light as a Facilitator in 2015. In that role, Allen has personally supported the healing journeys of hundreds of guests through the complexities of the medicine path.
Now based in the Sacred Valley of Peru with his wife and two young children, Allen serves as the Temple’s Communications and Bookings Director. His multi-faceted experiences and roles at the Temple - spanning preparation, ceremony, and long-term integration - give him a rare, 360-degree understanding of the retreat process.
As a father and husband, Allen offers a grounded, experiential perspective on "weaving the medicine" into the fabric of daily life — relationships, family, work, and being true to one’s authentic calling. He is passionate about helping others move beyond limiting belief systems to establish a sustainable alignment of earth, heart, mind, and spirit.
